The competitions are over and like always there's a winner and a loser. Out of the 9 teams there had to be one left. Our robot made it all the ways to the finals going through any robot it faced. The final competition on the other hand wasn't easy we faced Jareds and Wills robot who had fought to the finals after losing their first match. The end result of the final match was our Robot coming second and theirs first. Congrats to Jareds and Wills team for the win!
Here is the bracket from the competition, we are Team 7

Year 2 Week 8
The robot has been completed in Solidworks. Since then we have taken on several other teams, and for the most part, have come out on top. We can't seem to beat a certain robot consistently, but wheelies do help with pulling a brick on wheels.

Year 2 Week 5
We are currently working on weight platforms for the robot, and the gearing in solid-works. We plan to have the compound gearing for torque finished by Wednesday. By getting the compound gearing centered we can transfer equal torque to each wheel. Applying that we have four wheel it gives us a major advantage against team with 2 wheel drive since we have 4 wheels under power while they have 2.
